Madagascan Vanilla, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Valencian Orange, Tahitian Lime and American Peppermint are just some of the flavours we use in our Wedding Cakes, Celebration Cakes, Catering and Luxury Afternoon Tea deliveries throughout Tyne and Wear. These essences however, are not to be confused with the cheap options available from the shelves of a supermarket; we use expensive oils, pure in their components and authentic by source.  Our chocolate too, is sourced according to what we will use it for.  Peruvian, Ugandan, Venezuelan, Vietnamese, Ecuadorian and Brazilian are just some of the single origin chocolate that we use as well as a host of others selected for their fluidity depending upon what we are doing.
